I am so beyond freaking happy right now – finally being on the treadmill every night for an hour, lifting weights for 20-30 minutes and moving stream time out has had an impact. I think it’s been what 6 weeks or so?

I’ve lost about 5 inches on my waist. Still got a ways to go, but I had to share. I dropped an entire size. Now, that’s not to say I’m done, not by a long shot, but the work I’m putting in is finally starting to show. But I’m not going to just get to what I think is my ideal size and quit; no this had to be a fundamental change to my daily routine. So looking long term, like with the HRT. Just, doing this now and forever as best I can. And yeah there are days where I’m in too much pain and have to rest or whatever but that comes with the territory.

If I could just lose a size or two on my NECK and FEET I’d be thrilled LOL
